兩天下來五餐
每餐只吃蘋果&優格
(倒數兩餐我加了奇異果)
之外每天一杯mocha
再來就是水&果汁了
其實不上課吃這些東西已經夠了
因為也沒什麼在動
餓不餓呢?
我真的覺得不會耶
只是最後一餐吃到有點ㄜ心
因為都是酸的東西~"~
所以...
不過今天終於可以吃正餐了
但我還是要小心點
不要吃太多有的沒的
不然= =又要胖嚕
奶茶還是暫時都不要喝
甜點也是嚕
雖然粉想吃/__\
兩天下來
體重由54.5~53kg
我不覺得是真的瘦了
不過偶爾讓自己身體少點油脂的東西也好啦^^
要加油不讓體重回升嚕!!

arghhhh someone caught me this time....XD Every time I looked at it it says 1 comment, so I thought I wrote it and didn't need to reply it again..you fooled me :P
A promise is a promise, so I'll live up to my words and give you the coffee..T____T..someone pay me back..XD But you really did well ;) When I look at you now, you are as good as ever :D

但夏天要到了~我想再瘦點嚕
唉..年紀到了~
以後就很難瘦嚕
